8. Behind the Scenes: How I Got to Work With Janelle Monáe

I still pinch myself when I think back on the miraculous events that went down the week I worked for Janelle frikkn Monáe.  I am grateful beyond measure that I have this experience in my life arsenal and even more grateful to the people who were involved, including my *mom*!
 
You'll also hear about how a comedy legend passed me the mic the other night and I rose to the occasion.  I still can't get over that one, whew!
